FaGal Connections, founded in 2021 by Fabrice Ineza and Jörg Galilee Uwimana and headquartered in Germany, is an organization born out of a shared vision to connect people globally across diverse cultural backgrounds.
Fabrice pursued studies in business and performing arts at Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences in Bonn, while Jörg specialized in sound and vibration engineering at the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf. Together, their experiences and aspirations laid the foundation for creating meaningful exchange services that bring people closer.
At FaGal Connections, we believe that true growth stems from the power of connection—sharing knowledge, resources, and cultures. Rooted in our journey as foreign students navigating the challenges of integration, lack of guidance, and community, we were inspired to build an environment that fosters mutual understanding, collaboration, and authentic relationships.
Through our services and consultations, we aim to create a supportive network that empowers individuals to embrace diversity and work together for sustainable development for all. Experience Germany as an Au Pair with FaGal Connections
The Au Pair program is much more than a job—it’s a life-changing opportunity to fully immerse yourself in German culture while living with a caring host family. As an au pair, you’ll support families by assisting with childcare and light household tasks, all while building meaningful connections that last a lifetime.
This unique experience allows you to:
- Explore Germany’s rich culture and traditions.
- Improve your German language skills in a real-world setting.
- Gain personal growth through cultural exchange and responsibility.
In return, you’ll receive free accommodation, meals, support from your host family, and monthly pocket money.
